This company manages Park Place apartments in Port Richey, FL. I have had nothing but challenges with Park Place and I have only been here 4 months!. My central air unit went out and they waited 13 days to have it repaired when it was 97 degrees outside. They provided a very small window unit for the bedroom and expected me to live in an apartment that was 87 degrees, then stated that the small unit they put in the bedroom window was not meant to cool the whole apartment. off to a bad start Park Place in Port Richey full of roaches ,filter for a/c wasn't even changed ,touched bedroom closet door and it fell off, toilet won't stop running ,dirty in kitchen cabinets and this is less then 24 hours of new move in,you really need to police your maintenance people
Anyone who would absolutely say rent is due April 1,2020 and a late fee after April 3 , plus $25 a day on top of that . NO EXCEPTIONS . With all that's going on in the world . People will remember . Karma will bite you.... I do not live in 1 of the establishments but I did see the email
