Dave at Door Medic does a remarkable job. He's very responsive whenever we call for service. Most recently we had trouble on a Saturday morning. He was out of town for the weekend but called us on Saturday and Sunday to insure all was well. He came out and fixed the door first thing Monday. I highly recommend Door Medic and Dave for your garage door maintenance and needs.

We checked with a number of different garage door services, getting multiple quotes and then researched the kind of doors each one was selling. Our research indicated that Raynor garage doors are some of the best you can buy. Door Medic carried these and they gave us a very good quote (which included a Veterans discount that was highly appreciated). They told us exactly what day they would be there and the time. I found this company extremely professional throughout the entire experience. I found their knowledge and skill above average. Their prices were very reasonable. They were on time for their appointment at my home. I would give them an A+ for customer services, beginning to end. (Feb 2007)
