While having our roof replaced a dumpster got away from them & destroyed our garage door. Door Medic immediately came out & secured the door until it could be replaced. It was replaced yesterday by two very professional & very polite young men. They did a wonderful job & cleaned up everything. Door looks great. The owner Dave us very easy to talk too & answered any & all questions. Highly recommend them!
We have been doing business with Door Medic for several years. With 4 garage doors and 4 outbuilding bay doors (10 feet high), we do need their help from time to time. Service has always been prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly. They arrive on time, do the job promptly, clean up, and leave us fully satisfied that the work is done right.
We had two large doors to be installed on new construction. The guys were prompt and stayed until the job was done. Did great work and kept a clean site. Highly recommend!
Door Medic did a fantastic job replacing our 2 garage doors. They were courteous, on time and very reasonably priced. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing garage doors.
We have used Door Medic for over 25 years. Had trouble with door openers and Dave was able to tell me how to fix them over the phone. When we decided to replace the openers the gentlemen that replaced them also reprogrammed our vehicles and garage pad. They were professional, VERY POLITE, young gentleman and very neat and clean. I would HIGHLY recommendend Door Medic for your garage door needs.
A cable on my old (1980's) manually operated garage door had detached from the door and drum so I called Door Medic after an internet search. I spoke with Dave who said they were extremely busy and it'd be 3 weeks or so before they could schedule me. I called back a month later and Dave was able to send out a repairman, Andrew, that afternoon. Our spring broke on our garage door. I did a Google search and saw Door Medic. They were local and they had a good Google rating. I called and spoke to Dave. He could send someone out the next day. Matthew showed up as promised. He had our garage door fixed in 30 minutes. I talked a little more with Matthew about our garage door opener since it is loud and our master bedroom is directly over the garage. Matthew recommended replacing with an opener Door Medic sells. Tom was very nice and accommodating. We fixed his mechanical problems and upgraded his spring cycle for just l little expense. Then he inquired about the motor and the noisy older operator he had and we explained the advantage of newer technology and improvements on a higher grade professional grade. After calling a referral and leaving messages to no avail, we were looking for other businesses, we found the Door Medic ad. We called, were told they were very busy, would be the following week before they could come. They called as promised, scheduled a time for the repair, arrived on time, and replaced the garage door opener. A very nice job completed by a very nice young gentleman. Would certainly recommend them!

Very nice Lady. Explained her problem , we gave her options , and when we arrived we were able to repair and correct her door without having to replace the whole door and it was a lot less expensive for her that way.
