After months of asking friends for referrals to a local business that could repair our broken spring and having our emails, phone calls, and recorded messages not answered, we saw a Better Business Bureau listing for Door Medic. We immediately called Door Medic in mid-afternoon of Aug 23rd. A real person (Dave) answered at two rings. Great people who were looking for a response to help them with their garage door problems. They were frustrated by no one even returning calls and no one to service them. Thats what we do , we answer the phone, we communicate, and we respond and perform. That seems to be a dying art. for all business. I called Door Medic Monday morning and Monday afternoon Matt and Robert replaced the broken spring on one of my garage doors. They were very professional and personable, as was their manager, Dave. I really appreciate the work ethic displayed by the Door Medic team. They are an excellent company and I will refer family and friends to call them first!
I tried 3 other businesses and couldn't get service for 4-5 days. Door Medic came out a few hours after I called and did the repair quickly and efficiently for a very reasonable price. They'll have my future business and recommendations.
Professional, fair, and timely coomunication. We've hired Door Medic twice now, and was well pleased with the service, and the price. Certainly will continue to use again. I've tried 3 other garage door companies for regular service, including the one who installed our door, and Door Medic was the best. 5 stars!
My garage door had a broken spring which was inside a shaft. Door Medic suggested I convert to external springs. I am so glad they did as the new hardware is much more robust, and super easier to maintain and keep an eye. On. These guys were prompt and did excellent work. The communication was excellent to include and follow up phone call after the work was complete. I am very pleased.

We were able to convert the door to a normal torsion system and solve his mechanical problems. He is good to go for a good long time with new system.
Great communication and excellent work. Had two Raynor openers installed in my garage. Everything works perfectly. Would definitely recommend these guys for any garage door needs.

Had to adapt to jackshaft operators . We were not the original installers of the doors , but we were the ones Kip chose to automate his doors, He knew what he wanted and we made it happen .
I only gave a 5 star rating because that was all that was available. Dave and his grandson came EARLIER then expected and installed a beautiful new Raynor garage door to replace a 20 year old door that was original to to house. It had jammed open. I am very pleased not only with the new door but the professional installation. On a scale of 5, I would give Door Medic a 10.
Just had two garage doors and openers replaced by the Door Medic team and we are very happy with the products and the work this team did. Would definitely recommend them!
