Recently I contacted the installing company for my garage door to order inserts for the windows. After numerous calls and talking with the secretary I got no response concerning these inserts. I contacted Door Medic and immediately they ordered what I needed in a very courteous and prompt manner. I would fully recommend this company for all your garage door needs!

Very nice lady but with all rights to be frustrated as she could not get any help from the installing dealer. She called the Manufacturer and they told her to call DOOR MEDIC Inc. and we were able to get her what she needed. She was relieved and happy to have the help she should have received from the installing dealer that sold her the doors initially.
Door Medic has done work for me before and done a great job. They are now replacing my old garage door opener with a new better one and have done a great job. Would definitely call them again if I need anything.

Don saw one of our trucks , got the phone # and called us. We responded , went to his place assessed measured quoted and sold him the door he needed, Easy user friendly approach makes it easy to decide.
Dave and his people were great--our garage door stopped working (one of the springs had broken) with both cars trapped in our garage. I called him on a Sunday, he responded that day and his crew were out to fix the door early Monday morning. Great service and friendly crew. I should also mention that, about a year ago, one of the runners on the garage door failed and I called Dave to ask him about repairs. He walked me through doing it myself and saved me serious money. Again, much appreciated.

I was looking for garage openers that would work on metal building garage doors. After numerous phone calls with different door companies I was told my doors were "static" type doors and they could not help me- then I called Door Medic, Dave shared that "static" type door openers in the past had not worked well but worked with me to come up with some options. My wife called me at work and said that she couldn't get out of the garage. i went home and checked it out and the springs that help lift the door were broken. I called Dave and he gave me all of the info up front, what it would entail, the price estimate (site unseen), when they could be there. You can not find a better customer service experience out there! Dave was very prompt in returning my call, even for a Sunday right before the Thanksgiving holiday. I explained the problem and he knew exactly what it was. He thoroughly explained the two options I had for repairs along with the prices so I knew exactly what to expect when he came out. Prompt, courteous and professional, I would highly recommend the Door Medic for all of your garage door needs!
My garage door opener stopped working on the weekend. I called Door Medic on a Monday morning and spoke to Dave. After describing my problem, Dave was very thorough in his explanation of potential problems, options and the costs. That same afternoon his lead mechanic was at my house replacing the opener. They were both extremely knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend Door Medic and Dave Cokendolpher.
