I like the work the company does it is just VERY DIFFICULT to get in contact with anyone. The phone is never answered, you have to wait for a call back. This is no way to do business.
The crew did an amazing job and the office staff was an absolute pleasure to deal with. In particular, Natalie in the office is to be commended for exceeding my expectations in the area of customer service. Great company to work with at all levels.
Don's Tree Service was highly recommended by a friend who has used their services for 20 years. I obtained several quotes for tree trimming in May and spoke with a very responsive lady named Annette. I had pleaded with her to send someone the same day so I could make a final decision. Annette called me back immediately and was able to make this happen.
