Our Realtor suggested Donofrio & Associates to us when buying our first home ever this month, and we are so happy with their services. The inspector was incredibly polite and very friendly. He was timely, and gave us a plethora of wonderful advice for different things we can do to our home (using certain air filters to prolong the life of our HVAC, etc). Great inspection for pre-drywall and report almost instantly
Absolutely wonderful experience! Our inspection was a requirement by the lender at the last minute and the inspector came out on a Sunday which was also a holiday!! Not only was he professional, he was also hilarious and make the tedious task of going out to the property much better! I will definitely keep this company in mind to refer to other real estate clients!
