Lenny did our home inspection today, and he was great!! Very professional, explained everything to us clearly (which was greatly appreciated since we are first-time homeowners). The inspection report is incredibly detailed, with photos (including circles and arrows pointing to anything he noticed), notes, links to helpful info, etc. and it was sent to us immediately after our inspection. Couldn’t have imagined a smoother process. Would highly recommend them.

Just had my home inspection done on a home I am looking to buy. Jason Donofrio was excellent. He explained to me everything about the homes operating systems. If you want someone who will look out for you, call them.
Excellent, professional experience. Brandon was fantastic. He was thorough and personable. He explained all of his findings to us in a very clear manner, showing us pictures that were marked up with circles and arrows on his iPad. He differentiated between major and minor findings and discussed the potential paths for remediation of every finding, no matter how small. Absolutely recommend!
