Went a while back and would never return. person at the front was snarky as soon as my friend and I walked through the door. We were the only ones there and they placed us across the room from each other and shortly after leaving my nails began to chip. For what I paid I could have done a better nail job myself.
Garbage! How many people do you have to "fire" before you can find quality employees? Looks like all the reviews revolve around awful employee attitudes, zero customer care and zero respect for ones self. If people are complaining about work that has done, fix it and move on. Why do you nails look better before they get to you? That's how you get 5* reviews, not 1's! Has anyone ever heard of customer service?
I received a gift card for this place but after reading that you call your unhappy customers “cheap ass stupid women” that gift card went right in the trash! This place doesn’t even deserve the 1 star Facebook makes you give for their awful customer service.
There shitty the service is shitty and the place is shitty I would not recommend it they are really rude and they gave my friend a infection under her nail sitting at the hospital now the health department will be coming to see y'all

I love this place. They do great work. I have never had problem. They are always professional. I have never had a problem getting a nail fixed.
I went in yesterday and dropped $30 on a pedicure, the guy was so rough with my legs that I have bruises on me today and he cut all the lights off while doing my pedicure. Then, he painted my toes with old nail polish that was so clumped on that even after my 45 minute drive my toes still weren't dry and the nail polish just came right off. I called that night to see if they could just re-paint my toes and they claimed they couldn't because they had no idea how long I had waited for them to dry... rude as hell, dirty as hell... read more
