We have been coming here for years and have nothing but awesome things to say about all the employees. They have been accommodating to me and my daughter. Very friendly, making sure we feel comfortable, and making us feel we are a priority even when they are busy.
I did like the atmosphere and the place was clean and relaxing. But, I received a full sets And was very unsatisfied with the results. They were very thick, crooked shape and gel polish all over my cuticles. As a licensed cosmetologist I know you aren't supposed to, nor shouldn't need to use the file machine on the natural nail bed. Regular nail file or buffer should do. The lady used the machine on my nail beds and repeatedly on my skin to which my nails and the surrounding skin were throbbing this evening.
