My pedicure was great but as to the cleanliness it was not very good and all the employees sat around on there phones, slouching in chairs and not very friendly.

Only salon my daughters and I will go to, we've had all their services and will never go anywhere else. The staff is phenomenal and greets us on a first name basis, we only make appointments so I can't speak on the wait times, their prices are excellent compared to their competition whom we've all been to prior to finding Venus a few years ago, I haven't figured out if it's the experience of the techs or products they use that make the difference but our nails turn out perfect and last over a month for a basic fill every tim... read more

The staff is very rude . They were awful my girlfriends nails ended up popping off. The lady with all the piercings in her face was so rough on my daughters hands . I wouldn't let them file my dogs nails . Very unprofessional, if I had to pay the worth of my experience here I'd walk away withh money in my pocket .

Pedicure is awesome & they could have turned me away bc it was almost closing time but took care of me anyway :) thx again!

Ladies Angel is the perfect lady at Venus to apply false lash extentions to you. Her technique i awesome and worth every penny. She has a permanent client while she is employed by this business. Very pleased!
