The next time a bunch of "adults" make fun of and ridicule a child because of her color choice, you might want to make sure mama isn't there. It was sickening. The first thing she said to me when we walked out was, "I didn't know whether to cry or get up and walk out". Then on the way home she tells me that the grown man who also joined in the bullying had made fun of how she was chewing her gum. She was nervous and trying not to cry. Not polite at all everyone seemed like they had an attitude poor customer service guess you need to be a regular to get good treatment
Nobody greets when you walk in.. They all act like they are too busy... and give long expected waiting times (I think so that you’ll leave) Crowded waiting area! To dark ... and the workers walk around coughing with no mask on... just rude and terrible customer service.. Never going back again & I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE!
Found a new nail salon. Best service ever! Finally a good pedicure/ manicure that was relaxing and not rushed. Will definitely be back ☺️
I’ve been coming here since I was in middle school (15 years). Previous owner was so sweet and wonderful and always put clients first. Then the new owner came in and that’s when things went down the drain. The past year since I’ve come here it’s been dirty looks from the staff and hardly anyone talking to you and one female employee talking on the top of her lungs to other customers. Girlfriend got her nails done for vacation and the gel fell off within 3 days. For $105 they need to do better
I’ve been here twice & I have seen Alex both times and he is AWFUL he is so rude and so aggressive with your hands he jerked my hand out of the nail dryer instead of asking me for my hand. He smarted off my mother in law which actually made her leave because she was so upset I will not step back into this place ever again Please learn how to treat paying customers with respect
