After reading the reviews that this place is under new management I was excited to try again. I’m very disappointed. I ordered the lunch special w pizza and breadsticks. What I look forward to most is the cheese sauce it was so hard and old looking. It wouldn’t even move! Very disappointing.

Had our monthly lupus meeting here. Food was hot, fresh and the stafff was really nice and accommodating.
It was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The staff member was rude, and I felt I was treated unfairly. I strongly believe her behavior may have been influenced by bias against my race. Therefore, I had to cancel my order because of that employee. I doubt I’m the only one who has had this experience. I like Donatos Pizza, but I’m afraid I won’t be returning to that location again.
We placed a large order for pickup at 845pm on a Friday night. I totally expected a 30+ minute wait. They made all 5 pizzas exactly to order and were very nice and helpful!
