Today was an exceptional day! I took my mom for her bday! The waitress came out with a piece of cake afterword and we sang to my mom. Not only did we sing, but other customers sang as well. It was so lovely! The two other customers close to us who sang even paid for our meal! My mom and I are so grateful for these two lovely women who treated us to such an amazing gift of love and happiness! We will definitely have to pay it forward! What an experience from the staff and customers as well an amazing food!

My boyfriend and I were there yesterday for lunch...the hot sauce and chips were terrific the meal was really good but the best part was being served by Ophelia! When we come back we'll be sure to ask to be in her section again! It was well worth the trip from San Jose!
I wrung out my Chili Relleno by hand and the grease just poured out. I did this in front of the waitress who did nothing but look. It was gross
We went to Doñas today to celebrate Father's Day and the service from the waitress was such a great experience she made us feel like we where at home. I just want to thank her but I don't think she has a Facebook but I hope you can give her my Thanks her name is Ofelia. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ she gets five stars!
My family has been coming here for 30 + years and the food is still great and the service by our waitress OFELIA....AWESOME!!! Needed to request a new server due to an unfortunate not so nice server and I am so glad I did because Ofelia is everything a server should be....happy, fun, polite and shows she enjoys her customers. Best Mexican restaurant in San Juan Bautista local family remember when he opened al is perfect gentleman
Just wasted my money. Staff was friendly, nice atmosphere, but I would have been better off ordering off a taco truck. Food was just bland, drink was gross. We're not hard people to satisfy, but when an old "authentic" restaurant has been around for so long and you hear so many great things you expect it to somewhat live to its reputation. People were great. It was just the food that didn't do it for me.
