Hit a new truck for my hubby! Al is a great salesman!!
I recently purchased a jeep liberty from there they promised to replace a broken mirror, buff out some scratches and fix a noise in the suspension system. They buffed out one side but, not the other the front end still makes the same noise and now the back door wont open and the same door the window doesn't work now. I have left messages but, no return calls.
Let's start with the cute sales gimmick of "we will make any car your price", yeah we knew that was a lie from the get go. The "sales manager" is your stereotypical used car salesman, think Matilda's father in the movie. When we finally reached an agreement, after 4 hours, and them trying to low ball us on our trade in, we took a car home. Only to find out that our odometer paperwork was wrong. By over 1000 miles! Very seldom do I post a review good or bad but I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Jason Noell Friday night and Saturday. This young man went above and beyond any sales person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. After what looked like a blown deal because of a smart a** sales manger Jason went the extra mile and made the deal happen. Good job Jason will send business your way just keep them away from the sales manger we spoke with Friday night.
I've never received service as amazing as what we received yesterday at Don Williamson Nissan. Jimmy Mitchell and his service team are AWESOME!!!!!
