Got to love good customer service. Today, Jimmy took great care of me by quickly replacing a small missing part on my car. I bought a new car at Don Williamson two years ago and am continuously impressed by their customer service. Thanks guys.

Had our first oil change on our 2016 Rogue sat customers service was nice to me and apologized that I sat there a most a hour but I understand no appointment and first come first serve so no complaints here love our Rogue

The customer service is absolutely deplorable. I had a 9 am appointment and at 930 when I noticed my truck hadn't been touched I was told that they don't do appointments on Saturday. Didn't tell me that when I scheduled my appointment and didn't tell me that when I checked in. She then tells me it will be about her hour and a half before they will even look at it. I will never return and I will never recommend the service department here.

I've owned three Nissans since 2000 and all were purchased at DWN! I've always had great service and every time I have car troubles they've gone above and beyond to solve the issue. Always prompt and courteous! My 2015 Rogue is currently in for warranty work and so far it's been a good experience.

Severely over priced for the part that I needed. Got a quote for $600 for a part alone without labor that an auto part store had for $89. Was shocked to say the least. I did the repairs myself in the end.
