Great when purchasing my van (5 stars for that part), however after it just went down hill trying to get things fixed on my van even with the warranty! it's been a nightmare. And til this day (it's been 2yrs) I still haven't received the second key for my van and received the run around for that key. We was asked by a service worker last week why do we go elsewhere for service and I replied because the service here sucks! The service department is ridiculous! Sat in the waiting room for three hours and all I was having done was an oil change with tires rotation. After I asked how much longer, I found out they called my house to ask if I wanted additional services done. I asked the service clerk why he called my house when my paperwork said I was waiting and all he could say is he was sorry. It is nice, neat and clean environment.
Originally went in to service my Infiniti, after speaking with Gino Best and the great deal he offered. I traded my luxury vehicle in on an Altima. On my 400 mile drive home I am very pleased with the comfort and smooth driving my "Pearl" gave me. Would recommend the dealership and Gino Best to all of my family and friends.
