TERRIBLE SERVICE. If I could give 0 stars I would. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. They couldn’t diagnose until next day, then couldn’t diagnose because they needed 2 free people. Then when we went to be the other driver, Joshua lost my keys. Couldn’t find our keys, stated they needed to make our new keys. Supposedly the key cutter broke while cutting new keys. They would have to find another dealership to make it and send it to us. Great service and sales team, always handled professionally.
Cost me time and money. I had to drive 1 1/2 hours and asked several times..are you ready? Is paperwork ready... I make the drive and they said I needed to come back because they were not ready. I bought my 2020 ZR2 from stone briar Chevy in frisco TX. They said they was ready. I drive 1 hour north and 30 minutes in the office and I drive away in my new truck!! DonnRingler cost me more than 600.00 plus wasting my time.
