I bought a 2018 Z71 and it has been terrible. The only thing worse is the service department who did NOTHING to fix it. In one year it was in the shop 7 times. Service manager rode in my truck and heard everything and did nothing. I took it to Don Hewlett and had it fixed in half a day. The service department can’t even read a computer screen to tell me my warranties. The GM did nothing. The Sales Manager did nothing. I wouldn’t buy a bottle of water from these people.
I've had my brand new 2019 Chevrolet Traverse for a few weeks (May 1, 2019) now and I can say I absolutely love it. The staff was very polite, Rodrigo and Cristian were great Salesman made sure I understood everything, and Jason the F & I Manager was very professional as they all were and also made sure I understood everything. I highly recommend anyone to go to Don Ringler in Temple 😀
