I bought a 2018 Z71 and it has been terrible. The only thing worse is the service department who did NOTHING to fix it. In one year it was in the shop 7 times. Service manager rode in my truck and heard everything and did nothing. I took it to Don Hewlett and had it fixed in half a day. The service department can’t even read a computer screen to tell me my warranties. The GM did nothing. The Sales Manager did nothing. I wouldn’t buy a bottle of water from these people.
Couldn’t ask for better service or a better deal!
I was very pleased with our experience at Don Ringler Chevrolet. James was very informative without being pushy. Any question that I had was answered and James always got back to me by phone that day when I called with a question late in the day. Great place to get your vehicle.
