Absolutely the BEST service in Central, Texas and possibly United States. I was greeted with a handshake and a genuine concern about my truck this morning at 7am, the day after Christmas. Billy, despite having computer issues, got me all checked in. He then called Antonio for a ride along to figure out what was actually going on with my truck. I've had my brand new 2019 Chevrolet Traverse for a few weeks (May 1, 2019) now and I can say I absolutely love it. The staff was very polite, Rodrigo and Cristian were great Salesman made sure I understood everything, and Jason the F & I Manager was very professional as they all were and also made sure I understood everything. I highly recommend anyone to go to Don Ringler in Temple 😀
Couldn’t ask for better service or a better deal!
Went in to buy a pickup and I asked the questions before the credit app was ran, salesman says no issues! Ha! well he came back after running my credit with 5-6 HITS!!! later and said the bank wanted a vehicle with less miles on it! Why wasn't this told to me when I was asking the questions? now my credit score dropped like a rocket. I will not reccomend this dealership AT ALL! I Left there and went to another dealership and bought a truck there with no issues. You've been warned, stay away from this place.
