Well I went in yesterday 3/2/18 looking and found the 2012 Chevy Equinox. Joshua was very friendly and helpful answered all of my concerns. He was also very professional besides friendly and not pushy at all like a lot of salesmen which I really liked. Bought the car and I absolutely love it. Thank y’all so very much !!
I bought a 2018 Z71 and it has been terrible. The only thing worse is the service department who did NOTHING to fix it. In one year it was in the shop 7 times. Service manager rode in my truck and heard everything and did nothing. I took it to Don Hewlett and had it fixed in half a day. The service department can’t even read a computer screen to tell me my warranties. The GM did nothing. The Sales Manager did nothing. I wouldn’t buy a bottle of water from these people.
My husband I have purchased several vehicles from Don Ringler Chevrolet over the years! We have always had a great buying experience and will not consider another dealership! Keep up the great work Sales Team! You all are AWESOME!
