I got a quote for 1 price, when i pick up my car they charged me different price, check you invoices , this is not my first-time it happened to me,
I always have great service at Don Moore Toyota. I use them for my regular maintenance on my Camry. The service team is very knowledgeable and friendly. The only problem I have ever had is when I call to make an appointment, I usually have to call twice because the call gets dropped when they transfer it to the service department. Otherwise, great service.
Made an appointment to get my car serviced, drove an hour away to get there for them to tell me they don't have a Tech there and the next appointment is hours away. Like seriously get your shit together people...

I tried calling and setting an appointment up for my 5000/6 month maintenance and was on hold for a period of time. The, someone came to the phone and said, customer service is busy, can they call you back later...I said hell no, I will just take it somewhere else and they said OK. Not the first issue I had with the customer service department. have my appointment set up at Hudson Toyota now who took care of my call right away. Oh, BTW, that is where I bought my new car.
Worst Service EVER!!!! They've had my new car sitting on their lot since before the hail storm & didn't call me. I go to pick it up today & it's damaged. They say it's MY fault & they aren't paying for it.
Don Moore Toyota has the most personable maintenance employees. I walked in with a problem and they quickly executed a solution at a reasonable price. I really had the most pleasant experience this morning! I would suggest this service to any Toyota owner.
