very dissatisfied with all the aspects of this company, would never own a Toyota after what they have done, it is a disgrace to the motoring world. And if i could give a minus 5 stars, you bet i would. Very poor service
Do not take your car here for service. They do not do a proper inspection. The technician just checked the boxes. Less that 75 miles later we had a mechanic failure that if it had been properly inspected, as the report shows it was, could have been avoided. The technician was in such a hurry that he did not even change the window sticker. The Service manager, Cody Barr, don't think they should be held responsible for failing to do a proper inspection. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Wish I did not have to put one star just to comment. Their honesty is at the bottom of the barrel along with their service department. Please for your safety and your loved ones, go to a different dealership.
