We came in on 12/4 already knowing what we wanted, as we walked in the door I had told the person that we were there to get a car. I told him we were not looking for a specific sales person turns out the guy who greeted us at he door was Joe Nelson. Joe was so nice, understanding and made sure we understood everything about the vehicle, the paperwork process, and how everything operated in our brand new 2018 Subaru Forester. I called in & LIsa Hoffmann was able to get me a next day appt. to have my car looked at. Her team found a leak in one of my tires and not only did they quickly repair it, but she even gave me a coupon for the service. She was beyond helpful & had an overly positive attitude. Would definitely come back with any future car issues. Thanks!!!

Took the time to explain all the bells and whistles and most importantly sync the phone.
Vehicle has been with Don Miller Suburu for repair for 21 days thus far. Will update the review upon receipt of the vehicle. Update: John the GM, Kevin service manager were extremely apologetic and Rich Johnson, service advisor was very professional. I would recommend asking for Rich if you need service done. While things weren't as smooth as I would have liked.
