We have bought three cars at this dealership and always have had a great experience front to back. And we feel we have gotten great deals as well! Just picked up a beautiful Red Subaru Legacy this week and so happy with it! Rides like a charm and Will was very helpful as a sales ascociate!
The staff were excellent, but maybe I’m spoiled because Zimbrick Infiniti service is cheaper, washes my car, and does a quick detail, and for $23 less than DMS. I also was never told by the DMS east side, the last time there, that tire rotation was actually included in the price, they told us it was extra. Today I find out from DMS west that it was actually included. Don’t really want to go back now because of trust issues. Wish the Bergstrom dealership was closer. They really made us feel special.
