Service has always been on point. However, due to the massive recalls Subaru has issued on multiple models, wait times for serious issues is extended out beyond 45 days! I have no issues with the service department as they've always been very accommodating and professional, but a 45 day wait time to fix a critical vehicle component required that I take my Subaru to a non-certified local shop (which did a great job at a competitive price). I just hope the recall issues are resolved quickly and they can go back to quick respon... read more
They really care about good customer service. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable about car service. I enjoy going there to have my car serviced.
I called to get a replacement key. I was advised the part was in stock. I asked to make an appointment but was told it was drop in service. I dropped by and was directed to the service department while Eric said they had no appointments until late afternoon. He sat there like a dope and was not able to answer any questions or provide service of a most basic type UPDATE: After posting this review, I was contacted by both the manager and service manager with apologies and offer to assist with service recovery. I'm on my 3rd subaru purchased from Don Miller. Steve and Lisa in service always go above and beyond. They are both very friendly, and try to help you save money when they can. You are lucky to have them on the team Don Miller Subaru! Also, can't beat the comfy waiting area with coffee and popcorn!
