Just purchased a used car with my new favorite salesman..Will Waldbillig. "Where there's a Will, there's a way" were his first words spoken to me. Very friendly, intelligent, and the thing I liked the best.....he wasn't pushy. I brought my car to the Express for the typical oil change/tire rotation. Steve Brynelson told me that I needed to have the back brake pads replaced in the next month or I would need to replace rotors too. I scheduled the appointment for 2 weeks later at the service center next door and was told that I still had half the life of my brake pads. I so appreciated the professionalism and trust I got from Daniel Schroeckenth but not sure I will want to return to the Express part. I had a busy day and I know the mechanics did too ... read more
