Biggest waste of time for numerous lies and excuses. Rather pay more to someone else than ever deal with them again.

We strive for 100% customer service and try to go above an beyond to offer the best service that we can to our customers when they stop in. In your case I am sorry if we fell short of that goal. We share inventory with 24 dealerships and unfortunately without a deposit to hold a vehicle it can be sold by any of those 24 locations. I am truly sorry that the 12 Dodge Challenger sold before you had an opportunity to test drive it.
Ran my credit with 5 banks in an hr Dropped my credit 20 pts from 708 to 688 in an hr Don Franklin says i have a 650 I get emails from transunion when my credit is run Im a first time buyer and in the national guard. Don Franklin lost a sale with me. Sorry way to do business. Vague about rebates as well. Get a job. Dont scam people for a living. Go into politics!

My salesman Jeff Laswell was GREAT very nice and honest guy. Greeted me when i got there and was there for me the whole time. You could tell he truly liked his job and cared for his customers. Joe Henderson has also been a huge help with my buying experience and has followed up with me even after I left the lot. Overall the #DonFranklinFamily has been great i would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle 👍🏻
