Just wanted to say thank you to Tom for his outstanding salesmanship. I picked up our new TW Specialite 4h LQ this morning and love it, buying site unseen can be a little scary. Also, thank you to Chris in service for a quality walk through. This is the second trailer we have purchased from Don Johnson, I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used horse trailer, well with the drive!!!!
Tried getting a part with no response to multiple messages & emails. If you need trailer parts - I would search elsewhere. Very disappointed. I've done business with you before that was excellent. Hopefully it gets fixed. I won't even bother next time
