Drove 6 hours one way to look at trailers, salesman opens a trailer up and tells us he has to go he can't help us anymore. He does not know his product asked several questions that he had no idea about the trailer or what trailers they had for sale. I would have looked at trailers by my self, but all the trailers are locked.. I went there to buy a new trailer..if your busy send someone else out to help me, or ask me to wait a moment while you wrap up with other customer. Bad customer service! !!!
Sam and the rest of the staff were excellent to work with. They helped me arrange a surprise for my wife. She never expected a trailer pulling up the driveway! I would refer anyone to shop there.
The staff here went above and beyond to help my husband surprise me with our very first horse trailer! I am so impressed with the customer service here. We will refer everyone we know to go to you for their next trailer!
We recently looked at a used trailer at Don Johnson Trailer Sales and the salesmen were very nice and helpful. I felt their prices were expensive though and we ultimately ended up buying the same exact trailer somewhere else for $7500 cheaper. They have great inventory but be sure to shop around before you buy...you may find a better deal somewhere else.

Awesome place sure enjoyed buying our new to us living quarters from you guys. It was painless and fast, picked it up Wednesday and had it loaded that night headed to a stock horse show.
