I called last minute for a repair after having my trailer generator at the place that works on generators, only to figure out it wasn't the generator. I called and they said bring it in the next morning and it was fixed by noon. I'm leaving on Monday for a big trip and was running out of time. Thanks so much for fitting me in on a busy day!

We purchased a new Trails West 3 Horse Slant Gooseneck trailer. We arrived late, which we told them we would. When we got there we were very rushed and not given a chance to look around at all. We had researched this trailer on-line and had reserved it, with the intent of looking around to make sure it was what we wanted.
