I am a Don Johnson Trailers customer for life, my husband and I made a very quick turn and burn drive trip down from Alaska to pick up my 2017 24ft stock combo Trails West Hotshot and we didn't get into Washington till about an hour and a half till they closed, but Tom waited for us and had everything ready to go with our late arrival and stayed late till we got there to get our trailer.
