Very bad, too much waiting to see a dr. For 3 minutes. He has no patience with patients nor he cares if you are in horrible pain. He we won't help you.
I'm very disappointed. I had great care under Dr. Heitman for my knee surgery. So I felt he would be the best fit for my Aunt. She made an appointment to see him at his Forrest hills office. The front desk girls allowed her to sit in pain for over 2 hours. Never updating her on where he was or anything my aunt sat in pain. Her car service came and she had to leave without being seen. Best surgeon I had meniscus tear repair done by dr.heitman and I couldn’t get a better job done he’s the best doctor I would recommend him to anyone I got my surgery done with him and did an post op and him and his assistant was the best treatment I have got
The staff at this facility is amazing. I have always well comfortable going there to see my doctors. They are phenomenal. Dr. Heitman and Mandel are my favorites. The others great as well. I would recommend anyone to go there.
