Bought a used truck from them at the end of February. One month in air condition doesn’t work only blows hot air called the service center where I bought it told me to take it to there Chevy dealership to get looked at. After taking it there and explains I had only made three payments they tell me it’s over a 1,000 to fix and there’s nothing they can do. Worse experience ever , will never buy there again ! Car was broke down 3months later and 3000 to fix it which was caused by a recall that should have been fixed before sold to me !
I wasn’t looking to buy a car, only to take a couple of test drives. Cody listened to what I wanted and made a fair offer I couldn’t refuse. He also gave me more than fair value for my trade-in! No back and forth, no “talking to the Manager” over and over, nothing shady. I appreciated getting a straight forward deal. If you want to be done right.. go see Matt Moore!!! I first went to see Matt in November and he got me in a great car!!! Then I was in a bad wreck on Super Bowl Sunday... and 3 weeks later he found me another great car at a great deal!!!! Everyone is very friendly so make it painless to buy a car!!!! Highly recommend!!!!
