Deceptive practices. The online price was not the price offered by dealership when arrived. I called in advance to confirm the vehicle and price. Arrived at dealership asked salesman he look on his computer and then asked his manager to confirm price ( there was no communication issues as they would like you to believe) and I was assured this is accurate and I could purchase at price advertised. Bought a used car for 20k. Three days later problems. Take it in they keep it for a day and say there’s no problems. Get back home the problem happens again. Take it back in they said they can’t find the problem. They kept my car almost a week to “take it to GM dealership to look at it”. I call after 5 days and they haven’t moved my car because someone said they didn’t have my permission to take it to GM. Ridiculous. So I leave with my car and get 3 miles away and my car won’t start. Sold me a car with over $6000 worth of prior without disclosure. Wouldn’t help with any repairs and told me that I could trade out if I wanted too. That they were responsible for informing buyers of accidents or damages on used cars. Do not buy a vehicle from here. Dangerous doesn’t come close.

i can say with my whole heart (and wallet) that Don Franklin Nicholasville is hands down the BEST place to purchase as well as service a vehicle. to start, i was in a pinch to even get a vehicle a little over two years ago, an accident totaled my cadillac and i needed a vehicle stat. the sales staff worked with me patiently and respectfully. i also opted for Don Franklins powertrain warranty just for extra security- and more importantly- it was an inexpensive add on to my vehicle purchase i could afford. fast forward to toda... read more
