I bought a 2008 Explorer from Don Franklin. Due to some unforseen issues the car needed some repairs immediately. The staff here stood by the product and went above the call of duty to accommodate my family and get our vehicle repaired. Thank you to everyone there.

Even though they're a Mitsubishi dealer, don't discount them for all your used needs as well. My husband and I bought a 2014 Ram from them over the weekend. Didn't come to Lexington planning to buy that day, but Matt was very accommodating and we got an amazing deal! Definitely look forward to dealing with them in the future!

I purchased a 2013 F150 from Don Franklin Mitsubishi in Feb. I spoke with Jeff Causey shortly after they opened and from start to finish it was a pleasurable experience. I discovered an issue with the front caliper about 2 weeks after purchase. I discussed the issue with the service department and they correctedthe problem free of charge within 3 days. Overall, an outstanding dealership and experience purchasing a nice truck.
I love everything about my new car and the people who worked at the dealership were very professional and friendly as well. I feel like I got a great deal.
