Great customer service & all around awesome experience!
I called the DFM dealership trying to get the parts department for two or three days and even left a couple messages and they were never returned. Was told she's always very busy. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE THEN! That's Ridiculous. They lost business because I never could get help on a part and will never call that dealership again. Don't even want to give them one star and after reading other reviews it sounds like they may need a new manager of DFM. Took my business to Clarksville dealership and will have my part in 2-3 days. Buying experience was the most pleasant I've ever experienced. No pressure and salesman was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Price was the best of the other dealerships I'd visited. Service after the sale has been top notch as well. I highly recommend them if you are purchasing a vehicle or require service.
Sales and service is a wonderful place. People went out of their way to help me. Everyone one should go do sales or service.
My mom has a Mitsubishi montero sport. So while in Lexington she decides to stop by Don Franklin to get a part for it. Never been so disappointed in her life. The staff at both dealerships were rude and very unpleasant. At the one on Nicholasville she was told the service lady had problems at home and she should wait in her vehicle outside till the lady had time to deal with her.
