Had great experience with sales. Your oil change location on the other hand is a joke. If your lunch hours are 1-2 pm GREAT, but when I show up at 12:45 for a basic oil change and no customers in front of me, and still no service....that’s ridiculous. I sat there for 15 minutes and finally said forget it, so now I’m sitting at Pennzoil getting great service, not my usual 8$ oil for life but at least these people are acknowledging me!!!
We were extremely disappointed by Don Franklin Nissan in Lexington, KY. My husband talked to Phil, one of the salespersons on Thursday Feb. 8, 2018 because he was interested in purchasing 1 of the 11 2017 Nissan Versas they had listed on the website to see if they still had some for sale. I have to say we went in without intentions of buying a car! We had salesman Shane P. He was awesome! Wasn’t pushy, listened to us and what we wanted and got it for us! Amazing service and was so nice considering we had a small child with us whom was very fussy towards the end! If you go ask for Shane! He was great!!!!
This place is a joke. Got ripped off called and they stated I would be called back it’s been over a month and a half and nothing. I’ll never be back!
Stopped in this morning for a service told the lady at the desk to add the quart of Lucas oil in and to make sure they greased the front end. They added the Lucas as they always have but they eluded to grease the front end. This is the 2nd time ive had to grease it myself. I hope you don't treat all of your customers this way!
