Drove 2 hours for a car they told me they’d sell to me for $8,000 cash, got there and they tried to tell me they didn’t know who told me that but they were sorry and they’ll try to finance me for one.
Called first thing monday morning about purchasing a 1985 F250. Was told I would get a call back when truck was inspected and or detailed. The next day (today) I received a call that the truck was sold. This had happened to both my brother i and from Don Franklin. Talked to the sales manager adam who apologized and told me it was most likely wholesaled. I will not be purchasing a future vehicle from Don Franklin as this was a case of poor business practice.
Just bought a new 2019 ram 1500 from Don Franklin, the salesman Jeff Laswell was straight forward and very respectful, I would send anyone to talk to him!! Everyone was very nice and respectful to us!! I have no disappointments or regrets, a huge thank u goes out to Jeff and the whole Don Franklin team!!!!
Have bought three vehicles from these guys and have been treated fairly every time. Have also had multiple service jobs; brakes,oil change, four wheel alignment, etc. and have had no issues. I highly recommend these people and hope they continue this trend of professionalism.
The staff was very nice, and helpful. now I own the Jeep of my dreams. will only buy a vihical from here.
Kudos to Justin(don’t know last name) in Service dept for working to make sure everything was taken care of in repairing my vehicle. Even tho it took 2-3 weeks, he got it done. I also appreciate him and Dustin Simpson making sure I had a nice loaner to drive during this time. It was all appreciated!!!
