Lifetime warranty is a joke unless you are prepared to spend thousands on every conceivable thing that’s not covered by warranty first. Two mechanics diagnosed the issue immediately and told me it was classic issue with this particular vehicle but that would have been covered under warranty so they said it was bad 600 dollar computer that was not covered. The sales team at Don Marshall auto is accommodating and professional. Brian sold me my Chevy and was a pleasant person to talk to. He wasn't pushy and made me feel important. The only thing I would complain about is pricing, but even that ended up being fair in the end. Good place overall!
I was driving through don franklin and checking out vehicles. Chris Muse my sales representative, walked up to me and asked me how my days was going. He started talking about the vehicle I was looking at about how it was a safe vehicle and we took it for a test drive and I asked him questions about the vehicle and he was able to answer them.
