They do not honor the free oil for life anymore.
I do not recommend going here. Sales consultant was trying to help my dad find a truck. Since she never seemed to respond to him he would call her for status updates and sometimes periodically stop by to check on progress. He is 64 and is different than a lot of people, very impatient. She then LIES to the manager telling him that my dad was HARRASSING her (not true at all) and they made him get off of their property. When I bought my Sentra in 2014 from Don Marshall, I was guaranteed oil changes for life. However, last year they were bought out by Don Franklin, but I was told they would still honor oil for life, but I just had to make an appointment. Long story short, I made an appointment and drove all the way from Louisville (where I moved a few months after purchase) this morning only to be told they would no longer honor oil for life effective March 1. Keep honoring oil for life. Bought my Cherokee in 2015 with oil for life.....now since Don Franklin bought Don Marshall out they are stopping a contract !! Love Gary Gentry here and would have bought from you again but not now......
After buying two new vehicles. I will never return or buy anything from this car dealership. Almost three years of free oil changes and now the price goes from $9.99 to estimated $45.99. No thanks! It was a convience to have it changed not a need. I guess ill be changing my own oil now!
We bought our vehicle before it became Don Franklin and were ASSURED that our oil for life for still be good as they transitioned. We come in today (2/7/19) and were informed that they are no longer going to honor the oil for life effective March 1. Thanks for the heads up...not! A letter or something would have been nice.
