buying my last two vehicles from don marshall, ive always received the best experience! most recently, we had our oil changed at their new oil express shop and was so impressed. so fast and always pleased! having two young babies with me, their shop is very simple and basic(not a lot the kiddos can get into, as kids do) so to say the least, my "dreading" trip to get the car service was total opposite! great job don marshall!
Thank you for checking our out. (2005 dodge Dakota ) although was unable to find the problem. Also thank for not charging for your time. We made the decision to follow with a rental , we had no problem getting back to Ohio.
I want to start off by saying the sales department is top notch. Van is a no-pressure kinda guy. However, the service department is a whole different story. Had a couple of issues to have resolved on the used vehicle I purchased and had to take it back multiple times to get it right and had to fight to get a loaner car. After all of that was resolved all was good. I would take it there every 4,000 miles for an oil change and would bring my own filter since I wanted a ford OEM filter. Dealership was very great. Just when you order a truck from them just keep clarifying exactly what you want. I guess I didn't do it good enough and they forgot some key points I absolutely needed, but the truck I got is great and can't complain.
