My family and I ordered $50 worth of pizza and we were so dissapoonted! Our pizzas were sloppy, raw, wet, and mushy. The thin was gummy and not even cut. How do you mess up a thin crust pizza?? Sad to say the best thing about this whole awful mess was the cinnamon twist! I called back to talk with someone and no one answered. Normally, this Domino’s location delivers — great service, fantastic pizza, and a smooth experience. That’s why I’m not giving it a lower rating. But tonight? Total off night. I placed my order in advance for 9:15 p.m. because I had other errands. I ended up arriving early and asked if the pizza could be made sooner. The staff told me yes — but that clearly wasn’t true. I've order from this location for years. The quality of the pizzas has diminished. The pizza I ordered last month was overcooked and burned. Yesterday, I received a dry hand tossed medium pizza with no garlic crust seasoning. The pizza was missing parts of the crust. The flavor of pizza was subpar. The topping was mushrooms and there were only a few tossed on the pizza. The pizza was appearance was sloppy and not made with care.
