Verified Renter We came here since the Palisades fire. We felt welcomed and felt home very quickly. We are truly enjoying our stay. We highly recommend this place!

Price vs value Marina is definitely outside of where i would typically rent. Of course everyone wants to live on the water but we LA natives know what that cost looks like right? Nevertheless every year when it comes that time to move again I'll peek around and see what's out there and Ii totally got lucky this time. Property Team is Five Star As a resident I have had a few minor issues come up with the property but management has always been available and have handled my issues quickly. The property is getting better every day!

Great over all! Loved the open space, community events, leasing agents went above & beyond service! Defiantly a place I would like my daughter to move in.

You’re on your own It’s a lovely location. Grounds well kept. Public spaces, hallways cleaned continuously. The BIG problem is management/office staff. If you get anyone to answer phone or even BE in office get ready to be insulted by attitude. They generally treat you as the problem. You are not welcome to discuss anything with them. I felt like a trespasser more than a tenant while living there. The communication they are really good at is more rules for YOU and to tell you they won’t be around for holidays, weekends. Buyer Beware on this place While the location is amazing...this place is FULL of old, miserable people. I say old (instead of sr citizens)because they're all so unhappy and have nothing to do but look for something to complain about. Complaints about the most mundane and petty things are excessive and rampant here. In addition, the apartment units are falling apart inside. Terrible management, not worth the price We stayed here for a year (2016 - 2017) and have to say that it's not a good place at all. In the first few months the police were called four times because of a violent tenant, the elevator breaks every other week, as does the washing machine. However, management does nothing. Smoking is allowed everywhere and the cigarette smoke drifts into your apartment, almost continuously. Oh, our dishwasher broke down and it took them 2 months to replace. These places suck This place is terrible. Capri Apartments is miserable do not live here. They will fix nothing. They will Never follow up about fixing anything. All the cameras are broken and stuff gets stolen weekly. The office actually has stolen my belongings and denied it until I called the cops and they were forced to give it back and it happened to be in their storage closet.
