Verified Renter We’ve been here since palisades fire. The facility is beautiful, clean (cleaning crew clean the common area all the time), safe, and well kept. The management team is professional, friendly, and top notch. Love them all! We are in the process of rebuilding our home, but seriously considering if we should keep staying here.

Verified Renter The great size of the rooms is what makes the Dolphin Marina so special. Coming from a home that was 3300 square feet that was completely burned down by the Palisades Wildfire to a 1450 sq ft apartment has been a challenge, but we were fortunately aware of the Marina area since we lived here for sixteen years before moving to the Palisades.

Verified Renter The reconstruction process was not managed properly. The hallways were demolished while we were still living in our unit. The elevators were either out of order or reserved for the construction work. Exiting and life safety issues were ignored. The heat was shut off and the fireplace was closed off, so there was no heat while we were living in the unit. Price vs value Marina is definitely outside of where i would typically rent. Of course everyone wants to live on the water but we LA natives know what that cost looks like right? Nevertheless every year when it comes that time to move again I'll peek around and see what's out there and Ii totally got lucky this time.
