Verified Renter this complex is popular and has few apts left to rent, but it has never been a friendly neighbor community although the mgmt does all they can with social activities.
Verified Renter Great location, great unit, great staff, sub par gym!

We're sorry to hear that our fitness center did not meet your expectations. While our gym may not offer every amenity that some residents prefer, it is designed to provide the equipment and features that most of our residents are looking for to support their fitness routines. Verified Renter Apartments were recently renovated in a contemporary esthetic with in unit washer and dryer. They are large, bright, and have sizeable balconies with room width glass sliding doors. The courtyards, barbecues and pool are immaculately maintained. Management and maintenance are top notch. As a fire displaced long time homeowner I was looking for comfort and community and found it at Dolphin Marina Apartments.
Business response:

We are honored that Dolphin Marina Apartments has provided the comfort and sense of community you were looking for during such a difficult time. Our team takes great pride in creating a welcoming environment, and your recognition of our management and maintenance staff means a great deal. We are grateful to have you as part of our community and wish you all the best in your continued journey with us. Warmly, Laurel, Adriana, Ray, Luis and Manny
Verified Renter I never imagined moving to an apartment complex until my home of 51 years burned to the ground. The leasing staff and management at Dolphin Marina made the transition easy. Maintenance is responsive and highly capable. The property is very clean and well maintained. There are beautiful public spaces. Apartments are large and airy. This is a community, not just apartments, and pet friendly. Management frequently hosts fun social events for residents. I’m glad this is where I landed after the loss of my home an... read more
Verified Renter Beautiful place to live! So clean and well maintained. The pool and gym are wonderful and the Riviera deck is beautiful, right on the water. People here are very friendly.
Verified Renter Greystar Mgmt here at DM is a great team and helps to make it a pleasure to live here.
Business response:
Thank you so much for your kind words. We truly enjoy being here as well—largely because of our wonderful residents!
Verified Renter The Dolphin offers resort living and premium amenities. The location offers the ability to enjoy all water sports, and is in walking distance to Mothers beach and the Venice boardwalk.
Business response:
We are so thrilled you love our Dolphin community, staff and location. Your review means the world! Thank you!
Verified Renter I am fortunate to have lovely friendly and very quiet neighbors at this time.I t is like an extended family on our wing of the building. I must point out the insulation up and down is very poor without the carpets. I could hear the previous upstairs neighbors every footstep and cupboards closing. Better than GPS. The events management puts on for the residents to mingle and meet are very kind and appreciated. Unfortunately the rents have prevented several of my friends from making Dolphin home.
Business response:
Thank you for your kind feedback! We’re so glad you’re enjoying the friendly, peaceful community and our resident events. We appreciate you noting the sound concerns—your input is valuable as we look to improve. We also understand how rent changes can impact the community and truly appreciate you sharing that. We’re grateful to have you here!
