This is the second time we ordered chili cheese fries and didn't get the chili. They need to change the menu to cheese fries only. Hope the owners benefit the $2.00 of chili they didn't give us! Crooks!
After todays visit I will never go back to the maple and Tyler location again. I ordered a #5 with mustard only and no cheese. Went to pay and was charge 49 cents extra because I didn’t want cheese and I couldn’t get the combo price. Never had this happen there or any where else before. Drive thru cashier wouldn’t budge on the price and told me that’s how they do it when you don’t want cheese. So be aware if your not a fan of cheese don’t try to order a combo without it.
Okay, since when do you put lettuce on a hot dog. Hubby grew up on D n S. My son's first job at the Broadway store. Got my granddaughters to work at the Hillside store. Now not sure we'll be back. My fav is the cheese fries. Never enough season salt. Also pepper on my dog. Wiped it off. Why did you change things? SMDH.

This refers to hillside location near george washington blvd. I drove off because in the drive thru, the cashier a larger girl;was too busy chatting and flirting with her co-worker. A dark skinned man. This was more than a couple of minutes and never even took my money or even greeted me at the window.I am very sad because I enjoy the food. Please visit on your own time. I wasted a trip for absolutely nothing.
