Apparently they don’t need customers. After a salesman had all 3 employees cornered, and he then left, the 3 employees were talking among themselves and completely ignored us......we left. Did not see the manager. I’m sure she would not have been impressed.
Went and got a root beer float and it tasted weird and wasn’t even ice cream it’s just melted milk and pop is what it tasted like

I went to the hydraulic location and orders a double cheese burger, a chili dog and onion rings. the food tastes old. the burger tastes like the meat was turned bad. I ate half and tossed it. by night fall I was sick as a dog and still sick. I have a iron stomach and.... the health department needs to visit them....

That was the worst food experience I've had with dog n shake. The fries were sub par and the chicken rings were just awful. Both were dry and yucky. As I sat in the drive thru around 7:30 thinking I'd get my food pretty fast since it was so late I was wrong I waited a good 5 to 10 minutes for them to hand me my meal. None of the employees let me know how long it was going to be I just sat and watched them walk back and forth in the kitchen. We are frequent patrons of Dog ‘n Shake but I’m always amazed at how kind and what impeccable manners they respond with. We go to the central location; the west maple and occasionally south hillside. It doesn’t matter where they are genuinely kind.
Will never go back to Maple and Tyler location. Last two times have gone food was mediocre at best and hubby and I both got sick afterwards, and a few days ago a friend of mine ate there and all of her family also got sick. No thanks. Used to be a good place to eat but not anymore. Sad �
