I literally have been coming here every week for like six months. it was mine and my kids treat. For three weeks they were out of raspberry syrup. Came today and was excited they they FINALLY got it back. they've missed items in my order multiple times but hey everybody's human so I just kind of overlooked that as well. We are frequent customers of Dog n shake. Usually go to the maple and Tyler location and have zero complaints. All praise, hence “frequent customer”. This is our 2nd time to the hillside location in the last two weeks. The first time we were given only half our order, but by the time we realized it, we just let it go. This disgusting mess was just served to me at my first - and definitely last - visit to Dog N Shake. ( It was supposed to be a chili dog and an order of onion rings.) Needless to say, I did not eat this. How do I go about getting a refund? This is inexcusable!

Great food & fantastic customer service!
We frequent Dog N Shake because of the quality food and great customer service. We usually go to your location on South Seneca! Even when they are super busy they are still kind and keep it together which is hard to find at all anymore!
None of them are wearing gloves, they are telling people that they can't order certain things because they don't want to do it. Their Windows server is very rude, poked a hole in my shake and just double cupped and thought that was a good enough and refuse to make me one without a Double Cup. Onion rings had no batter. Just a bag of burnt onions.
Wiped off a dirty table so I would have a place to eat (since apparently it’s too much work for the employees to clean them) and this is what came off of the table on to my napkin.
