I was next door having my nails done. I'm not from here. I had a strand of tahitian black pearls that I wanted appraised. My boyfriend took them for me. The lady told him they were dyed and worthless. Today I picked them up from a much better jewelry store and they are worth over 10k. How about not judging customers by how they are dressed?
My fiance went in there to try to get a value on a watch he just bought and they literally laughed at him and told him they didn't do that. Bunch of stupid hicks. I will never go there again.
I placed a special request order and Janet outdid herself by getting it ready within 2 days! I love the piece and will cherish it for as long as I live. Outstanding service and very friendly staff!!
