I drive by this business everyday and seen the owner holding his dog so my husband and I chose to get new tires from them. The owner waked by me and then I found a hundred dollar bill. When he came by again I asked him if he lost any money and he said that he did. I told him I had turned it into the office and he thanked me. When we went to pay for our tires I asked him if we would give us a discount for finding his money. He said he would give us five dollars that it was going cost to run my debit card. my husband and I bought tires from NTB, sold us crap tires. I called them and asked if they could help. They said no warranty. I saw where Dodds Ave did road service, so I called them. They came all the way out to Jasper in the rain and brought me a new tire, Tire was still cheaper than what I paid at other store. We greatly appreciate the time and service they provided. Such a wonderful family.
drove all the way from knoxville to buy tires, decided to buy an extra set. They only had 7 tires of my size in stock, went ahead and ordered me another tire and shipped to my house in knoxville for no additional fees. Such a great place, great prices, quality work.

Bought two new tires. Could not get them balanced. So I took my car to another store. They told me they were factory rejects and could not be balanced. Thanks Dodds
Please DO NOT go to this business. After picking up my car I took it to another shop to have it aligned. I was shown numerous things that Dobbs either did not look at or installed wrong. When I went back and requested my money back, I was told by the owner no refunds. They also stole the cargo cover out of the back of my car!
got 4 new tires way cheaper than what the other guys around town were offering. Also the customer service was excellent.
